As we accelerate our next phase of growth were looking for a strategic results-driven Director of Marketing to help lead the charge. The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the companys brand presence drive business development and support revenue growth within the construction sector. This role combines deep industry knowledge with creative marketing leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner for clients subcontractors and community stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Lead the marketing team external agencies and vendor partnerships.
- Partner with executive leadership business development and operations teams to ensure marketing supports bid strategy project pursuits and client engagement.
2. Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen the companys brand identity across digital print trade and community platforms.
- Oversee the creation of case studies project spotlights proposal templates and client presentations.
- Ensure messaging highlights safety sustainability innovation and project delivery excellence.
3. Business Development Support
- Partner with estimating and sales teams to produce high-quality RFP/RFQ submissions and pursuit collateral.
- Develop competitive intelligence on industry trends competitors and client opportunities.
- Support client relationship building through events sponsorships and targeted outreach.
4. Digital Marketing & Communications
- Manage website social media channels and digital campaigns to showcase project portfolio and company expertise.
- Lead content development (articles press releases newsletters video storytelling).
- Implement analytics and reporting to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate participation in trade shows industry associations and community events.
- Build programs that highlight corporate social responsibility and community involvement.
- Partner with HR on employer branding and recruitment marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field (Masters preferred).
- 812 years of progressive marketing experience preferably in home services.
- Proven track record in brand management B2C marketing and business development support.
- Strong project management writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with CRM tools proposal software and digital analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
