Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee complex projects from initiation through completion. This remote role requires strong leadership strategic planning and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and overall leadership for multiple projects and project teams
Develop project plans timelines budgets and performance metrics
Coordinate with stakeholders executives and cross-functional teams to align project goals
Monitor project progress manage risks and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices
Report on project status outcomes and key performance indicators to senior leadership
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior project management or project director role
Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or certification (PMP PgMP) preferred
Work Authorization & Location Requirements:
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
Must currently reside in the United States
Position is fully remote within the U.S.
