We are currently looking for an experienced sales hunter to pursue staff augmentation work primarily in NSW Government. The role has the benefit of being able to leverage Talent Internationals position as the number one provider of technology recruitment services within NSW Government.
We will be launching a new brand which will be focussed on staff augmentation opportunities within our key clients. This role will head up the new brand in NSW and will be responsible for developing the sales strategy in the addition you will lead the promotion of the brand generate sales leads and manage delivery.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you will require:
- 5 - 10 Years experience in sales in E2E staff augmentation or professional services
- Proven new business sales experience
- NSW Government experience and selling on the SCM0020 panel
- Experience presenting to C level down the benefits of staff augmentation vs contingent and confidently define the differences
- Experience or ability to develop a services and solution business
- In depth knowledge of IT Delivery and related systems and practices
