What Youll Do:
Sales Leadership
- Partner with in-market sales teams and distributors to develop and execute growth strategies
- Prioritize sales initiatives across markets to maximize sustainable long-term growth
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as agreed
- Develop market-specific pricing recommendations that optimize profitability while supporting growth objectives
- Coordinate with production teams to align supply volumes and lead times with customer demand
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with technical/compliance teams to ensure full regulatory adherence in all markets
- Collaborate with R&D to launch and adapt products for local market preferences and requirements
- Seek out new potential distribution partners and negotiate complex distribution agreements
- Establish distributor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to exceed in country results
- Design and recommend promotional strategies that balance growth acceleration with profit targets
Strategic Planning
- Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats
- Provide regular reporting on market performance trends and forecasts
- Build and maintain strong personal relationships with key distributors and retail partners
- Build profitable business models within each market inclusive of marketing and promotional plans.
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Business or Commerce or a related field
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven track record in structured B2B sales business development or commercial roles
- Strong analytical skills with high commercial acumen
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
Preferred Experience:
- Export sales or international business development particularly across APAC markets
- Background in FMCG/CPG sales marketing or category management roles
- Experience in related sectors: snack foods confectionery beverage food service or consumer packaged goods
- Trade marketing key account management or distributor management experience
- Market entry strategies and international expansion initiatives
- Cross-functional project leadership (e.g. product launches market activations)
