Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Architect to join our innovative team in Doha Qatar. As a key member of our architectural firm you will contribute to the design and execution of cutting-edge projects that shape the skyline of this dynamic city and beyond.
- Develop and oversee architectural designs from concept to completion ensuring adherence to client requirements and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers contractors and clients to deliver high-quality architectural solutions
- Lead and mentor junior architects and designers fostering a culture of creativity and excellence
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design integrity
- Prepare and present design proposals including 3D renderings and detailed drawings to clients and stakeholders
- Incorporate sustainable design practices and innovative technologies into architectural projects
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Stay updated on local building codes regulations and industry trends
- Contribute to business development efforts by participating in client meetings and proposal preparations
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Licensed or registered architect with a minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience
- Proven track record of leading international high-quality projects through all work stages
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design skills and a range of successfully completed projects
- Proficiency in architectural software including Revit Rhino AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Advanced 3D modeling and post-production skills
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar and the Middle East
- Experience with project management and client relations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced environment
- Innovative mindset with a passion for creating unique architectural solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to adapt to the cultural and architectural nuances of the Middle Eastern region
