Job Summary

Bachelors Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 10 years in preparing drawings - High end Fit out working for 5-star Hotel projects.
Immediate joiners with UPDA preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and MS Office.
Knowledge of local authority regulations and building codes.
Strong design coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
High-rise building experience.
Fit-out and interior works experience.
To design plan and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
Ensure that designs meet client requirements local authority regulations safety standards and project timelines
Prepare architectural designs drawings layouts and specification.
Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budge.
Coordinate with engineers consultants contractors and authorities.
Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and samples.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
Assist in obtaining approvals from relevant authorities.
Address design issues and provide technical solutions during construction.
