Job Summary
Job Description:
We are looking for a courteous and attentive individual to assist customers at our retail outlets handle product displays and ensure a clean and welcoming environment. The candidate will support the sales team by maintaining product availability and delivering excellent customer service.
Welcome customers warmly and provide assistance in product selection.
Maintain product displays ensuring neatness and proper arrangement.
Assist in stock replenishment and notify management about low inventory.
Keep the sales counter and surrounding areas clean and organized.
Support billing and cashier operations when required.
Handle customer queries courteously and escalate complaints to supervisors.
Assist in maintaining hygiene and safety standards at the outlet.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum HSC (12th Pass)
Graduate in any discipline preferred but not mandatory
Friendly and approachable personality
Good communication skills
Ability to stand for long hours and handle basic product lifting
Honest punctual and customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of computers
1 year experience in retail hospitality or customer service preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
Additional Details :
1. Working Days : 6 Days a week (Rotational week off between Monday to Friday)
2. Gender Male
3. Working hours 9 Hours
4. Location Ghatkopar
5. Number of vacancies 2
6. Working time 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Afternoon Shift & Evening Shift)
7. Preference - Male candidates
Note: No leave on weekends and during festive seasons (OT will be provided if working extra hours on festive seasons)
Contract period auto-renewable or not: 1 year. Can be renewed with evaluation.
