We are looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Talent Partner based in Katowice willing to work from the office. This role focuses primarily on technical recruitment (developers DevOps QA) while also supporting recruitment for administrative Product and support roles. The ideal candidate is decisively committed to recruitment enjoys working closely with candidates and hiring managers and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes with a focus on technical roles: developers DevOps QA.
- Support recruitment for administrative Product and support roles as needed.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in ATS management updating candidate information tracking progress and supporting reporting.
- Support offer process onboarding documentation and recruitment-related administration.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and assist with statistics and reporting.
- Act as a proactive point of contact for candidates ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with People & Culture team members to ensure high-quality recruitment execution.
Qualifications :
- Based in Katowice and able/willing to work from the office.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) international team environment.
- Positive attitude openness and enthusiasm for recruitment.
- Motivated proactive and organized with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys interacting with people.
- Willingness to learn on the job; prior experience in recruitment is not required.
