We now have a fabulous opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our Finance this role you will assist the Financial Controller in Accounts Payable weekly payroll reports and journals. You will prepare GST and FBT reconciliations monthly. Assist with month end duties including Accruals Creditor reports Bank account reconciliations month end closing and General ledger account reconciliations. Accounts receivable including Credit card reconciliations.
Qualifications :
To successfully fill this role you need:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Proficiency in financial software
- Accurate data entry skills
- Task flexibility
- Strong customer service skills
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- To work effectively within a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
