Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Director to drive strategic growth across ServiceNows largest existing accounts with a particular focus on the Korean market. Were looking for a proven Client Director with deep relationships across Korean conglomerate executive networks and a strong track record in AI transformation and workflow AI solutions.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients serving as the relationship manager between your customers and ServiceNow
  • Drive AI-led transformation initiatives articulating the value of workflow AI and automation to senior stakeholders.
  • Work with other ServiceNow teams to develop ServiceNow solutions based on each customers strategic outcomes while leading large virtual teams
  • Oversee growth of global accounts including development and deployment of worldwide resources
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients organization from project/IT teams to CxO level
  • Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
  • Achieve financial targets across licenses renewals and professional services

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 15 years of enterprise client management experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Client Director or equivalent managing multi-million-dollar sales engagements.
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Demonstrated success in executive-level relationship management within Korean conglomerates.
  • Proven ability to sell and consult on AI transformation including workflow automation AI-powered decision-making and integration of AI into business processes.
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management HR Security Operations Customer Service or IT Operations Management.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of macro-level business IT needs.
