Job Role: Bidding Executive/Presales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bidder/Presales to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects on various online bidding platforms crafting compelling and competitive proposals and managing initial client communication. This role requires strong written communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with a technical team.
Responsibilities
Bid management:Identify and bid on relevant projects and business opportunities on freelancing platforms likeUpwork Freelancer and Fiverr.
Proposal writing:Draft clear concise and persuasive proposals that highlight the companys value proposition and are tailored to each clients specific requirements.
Client communication:Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs answer questions and build a positive relationship.
Market research:Stay up-to-date with market trends competitor activities and bidding best practices to improve strategies and outcomes.
Collaboration:Work closely with technical teams (e.g. developers designers) to understand project scope and ensure bids are feasible and accurately priced.
Reporting and tracking:Maintain detailed records of bidding activities including proposals submitted client communications and project wins. Provide regular updates and reports to management.
Process improvement:Assist in standardizing proposal documents and improving bidding processes for increased efficiency.
Qualifications and skills
Experience:3-5 years of experience in bidding lead generation or business development is preferred
Communication skills:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for writing proposals and interacting with international clients.
Proposal writing:Demonstrated ability to write persuasive well-structured and high-quality proposals.
Attention to detail:Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and compliance with all client requirements.
Platform knowledge:Familiarity with online bidding platforms ( Freelancer) is highly advantageous.
Technical aptitude:Basic understanding of the companys services and technical domain (e.g. UI/UX design web development) is a plus.
Soft skills:Self-motivated results-driven able to work under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:A bachelors or postgraduate degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is often required or preferred.
