Job Summary
Job Description
Manage the PHE & Fire fighting-Mechanical design team & QA of Mechanical design.
- Mechanical Design- Fire Protection System & Plumbing services.
- Preparation of overall scheme with design basis report.
- Calculation (Heat Load Pressure Loss Pipe Sizing Water demand- raw and potable water flow requirement pump sizing pit sizing drain pipes and channel sizing seepage and sewage calculation RWH calculation and other required relevant calculations)
- MEP Co-ordination Schematic Drawings preparation Equipment selection and sizing.
- Design of Fire Protection System as per national and international standard.
- Preparation of Tender Drawings TS and Rate Analysis.
- Design of services as per Contract ODS &OCS for D&B Contracts.
- MEP Design coordination with Client Vendor Authority and other stakeholders.
- Software: - MS Office Revit(Basic) & Naviswork AutoCAD(Basic).
Qualifications :
B Tech. with 10 years of Exp
