Job Summary

You play a key role in supporting the transformation and evolution of two of our premium brands connecting to workstreams that shape and support each brands core idea  including building tools that support communication integration and alignment across a multitude of global and regional stakeholders. Brand Experience Design:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (internal teams external partners) to
  • Assist in the ideation development and enhancement of brand strategy products sub-brands and signature brand moments.
  • Help implement strategic partnerships to enrich guest engagement and deliver unique memorable experiences.
  • Contribute to talent experience tools touchpoint optimization and sustainability integration. Contribute to the design and optimization of talent experience tools ensuring brand culture is embedded across employee touchpoints.
  • Integrate sustainability and ESG  initiatives into brand strategies to enhance long-term impact.
  • Support the development and execution of the brand customer journey ensuring seamless deployment across all touchpoints.

Brand Compliance and Product Strategy:

  • Help implement design guidelines and create briefs and specifications to enhance product
  • Support the development of brand cost and investment models
  • Support portfolio management initiatives including PURE (Property Upgrades Renovations and Enhancements) to optimize brand equity and asset value.

Brand Health Monitoring:

  • Track brand performance and assist with monitoring guest satisfaction.

Brand-Led Culture & Marketing Excellence

  • Contribute to building a brand-centric culture fostering alignment and governance across key stakeholders regional and hotel teams
  • Assist in developing internal training communication and engagement initiatives to reinforce brand identity and values.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies to align with brand positioning and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks including document management filing management of internal tools/platforms and administrative support.
  • Maintain brand assets databases and guidelines ensuring stakeholders have access to the latest tools and resources.
  • Support management of milestones and internal communications throughout the year such as: budget planning stakeholder meetings newsletters etc.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Brand management/marketing
  • 5 years in Marketing preferably Brand Management experience
  • Strong affinity with hospitality
  • Strategic oriented and analytical mind
  • Excellent communications skills (writing and speaking)  in French & English
  • Ability to work transversally
  • Ability to influence
  • Project Management
