We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Lead to oversee people operations and drive key HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership to shape organizational culture support growth and enhance employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of HR including talent management employee relations performance development and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement people strategies that align with business goals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on organizational development engagement and retention strategies.
- Oversee HR policies procedures and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage HR systems analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in employee relations organizational design and performance management.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced scaling environment.
- Deep understanding of California and multi-state employment law.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field required; SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Start-up industry experience preferred.
