About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Dutch-speaking FX Trainee Conversion Specialist with strong sales experience to join our dynamic team in Cyprus. Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active traders.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and
loyalty.- Utilize sales techniques to maximize client acquisition and trading volume.

Educate clients on trading platforms products and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:

Fluent Dutch speaker (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience (FX finance or any sales-driven industry preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ambitious results-driven and eager to learn.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in Forex or financial markets is a plus but not mandatory.
