Job Summary
A Remote Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing monitoring and maintaining an organizations IT infrastructure from a remote location. This includes servers networks cloud platforms storage systems and security tools. They ensure high availability performance and reliability of critical systems while providing technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
