Your Daily Mission: The Role

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative youll be the friendly expert voice connecting customers with solutions for their home appliances. You will manage customer interactions across multiple channels ensuring every query is resolved with speed and professionalism.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Solve Problems: Handle incoming customer inquiries primarily in Italian via phone email and live chat. Issues will revolve around appliance usage product features troubleshooting technical faults and clarifying warranty/return processes.
  • Offer Expertise: Provide detailed and accurate information about our range of home products (e.g. washing machines refrigerators ovens vacuum cleaners etc.).
  • Log & Track: Document all customer interactions and case resolutions meticulously in our internal systems.
  • Deliver Excellence: Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals turning frustrating moments into positive experiences.
  • Team Up: Collaborate with technical teams or logistics to escalate and resolve complex issues that require specialized support.

What We Need From You:

Language Fluency and Skills:

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level) is mandatory with excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • B2 English proficiency is required for internal communications training and systems.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not a requirement. We welcome motivated newcomers and provide comprehensive paid training.
  • You must be comfortable working with computers and learning new customer service software quickly.

Work Location and Eligibility:

  • You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Portuguese work permit.
  • Lisbon On-site: Ideal for those looking to relocate and experience life in the vibrant capital city.
  • Portugal Remote: Only available to applicants currently based and residing on mainland Portugal.

The Practical Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: You will work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Saturday.
  • Time Off: You will have Sunday off plus one additional rotating day off during the week.
  • Equipment: All necessary work technology (PC headset etc.) will be supplied by the company for both on-site and remote positions.
