As a Salesforce Administrator youll support agile delivery across Commercial and Personal Injury Insurance by configuring and maintaining a secure high-performing Salesforce platform. Youll work with cross-functional teams to improve usability drive automation and ensure regulatory compliance.
What Youll Do
- Configure and maintain user access roles and permissions to ensure secure platform operations
- Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot issues to maintain business continuity and user satisfaction
- Design and implement automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and service outcomes
- Collaborate with squads and stakeholders to align Salesforce features with evolving business needs
- Support CI/CD pipeline integration and governance uplift within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence
- Deliver training and create documentation to promote platform adoption and capability uplift
What Youll Bring
- Salesforce Administrator Certification and 2 years of hands-on admin experience
- Strong skills in Salesforce configuration automation tools (Flows Process Builder) and data integrity
- Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of secure deployment practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence Data Loader and third-party apps (e.g. FormAssembly DocuSign)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
