About the role
As a Payment Officer youll be responsible for processing high volumes of provider accounts and client reimbursements with accuracy and efficiency. Youll deliver high quality customer service through inbound and outbound calls resolving account issues and supporting providers and clients with billing enquiries. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to meet KPIs while maintaining precision and attention to detail will be the key to success.
About the Team
This role is part of the Payments & Claims Support branch within the Service & Operations group in the Clients division which is focused on delivering efficient and effective support to TAC clients.
Youll be supported by a Team Manager who values collaboration and continuous improvement. Working closely with a team of dedicated professionals youll be part of a supportive environment that thrives on teamwork service excellence and shared success.
What were looking for
Accounts and Administration Expertise
You have experience in high-volume account processing ideally with a background in business administration or finance with an ability meet KPIs whilst maintaining accuracy
Customer-Focused Communicator
Youre confident on the phone with a strong ability to resolve queries and deliver first-call resolution in a fast-paced environment.
Problem Solver and Team Player
Youre proactive in identifying issues implementing improvements and working collaboratively to meet client and provider needs.
