BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST (HYBRID)
Portuguese company hires for remote/hybrid work

Responsibilities
- Map and document business processes using BPMN 2.0;
- Identify bottlenecks redundancies and opportunities for improvement;
- Recommend and align optimization solutions with suitable technological tools particularly low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Automate Online & Desktop RPA tools SAP scripting Power BI dashboards etc.);
- Develop update and maintain process documentation and procedures;
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate process performance and effectiveness;
- Collaborate across business areas to ensure alignment and standardization of practices;
- Lead workshops and training sessions focused on process transformation and adoption of new practices;
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Requirements /Must be clearly listed on your CV:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- 5 years of professional experience as a Business Process Improvement Analyst;
- Experience in the Utilities sector (preferred);
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
- Strong team spirit proactive attitude and excellent organizational skills;
- High sense of responsibility autonomy and attention to detail.
