Job Summary
- Lead and manage transversal Data & AI transformation projects from strategy definition to implementation and follow-up.
- Create and deploy Data Governance frameworks policies and procedures to ensure the integrity availability and accuracy of organizational data.
- Capable of defining and managing metadata standards taxonomies and ontologies. Maintain and update the data repository/catalog documenting data assets lineage and relationships.
- Conduct data quality assessments identify gaps define metrics (KPIs) and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on the importance of Data & AI Governance.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in Data & AI Governance and digital transformation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Management Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. A Masters degree in Data Analytics Cybersecurity or related areas is a strong plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting focusing on Data &AI.
- Understanding of Data Governance principles Data Quality Management and Data Privacy.
- Experience with Metadata Management Data Catalog tools (e.g. Collibra Alation Azure Purview AWS Glue) and Data Quality tools.
- Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts and Cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Expertise in digital transformation methodologies (Lean Agile Design Thinking).
- Strong communication leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to deliver results manage stakeholders and adapt to change.
