CRM Specialist part time

• Analyze CRM data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement

• Train and support users on CRM best practices and usage

• Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders

• Coordinate with CEE and Global teams for system enhancements

Requirements of the role

• CRM Expertise: Proven experience with CRM systems preferably Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Mindset: Client-centric professional and innovative approach to problem-solving
  Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency MS Office

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus

• Languages: Fluent in Czech and English

• Other: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
