Detailed description of the mission

As a member of ATR Customer Support & Services Directorate you will join the supplier support management team part of Customer Support Department. You will be part of a team working with ATR OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) with the main objective of ensuring that customer support activities of subject OEMs are prepared and delivered as per contractual agreements in line with expected performance level. Primary goal is to ensure and enhance ATR Customers satisfaction.

You will:

  • Define a global process to describe the framework of the Supplier Support activity.
  • Act as focal point in ATR organization & interface of ATR customers for OEM customer support activities.
  • Take part in identification of gaps in OEM customer support activities for in service fleet.
  • Support the preparation of Customer Support Reviews with main OEMs to share and align ATRs view of subject suppliers support activities and product performance.
  • Contribute to deployment of required corrective and improvement actions on fleet in service as may be required on the base of achieved reliability lower than G-MTBUR premature or repetitive removals excessive maintenance costs.
  • Support your teammates in the implementation of mitigation actions when required to secure operations: extra stocks commercial dispositions advance standard exchanges.
  • Support in PowerBi dashboard creation.
  • Support the communication towards Customers.

This internship is designed for you:

  • You are in final year of a Master degree with a specialization in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering. Knowledge in supply chain management and logistics is a plus
  • You are proactive and come up with new idea by offering innovative solutions.
  • You are a team player have ability to connection and coordinate multi-cultural teams and transversal activities.
  • You have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • You are fluent in French and English.

  • Soutenir vos co-équipiers dans la mise en œuvre dactions de mitigation lorsque cela est nécessaire pour sécuriser les opérations : stocks supplémentaires dispositions commerciales échanges standards anticipés
  • Supporter dans la création dashboard PowerBi
  • Supporter la communication vers les clients

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

  • Vous êtes en dernière année de Master avec une spécialisation en Ingénierie Aéronautique/Aérospatiale. Des connaissances en gestion de la supply chain et en logistique sont un plus
  • Vous êtes proactif et proposez de nouvelles idées en proposant des solutions innovantes.
  • Vous avez lesprit déquipe la capacité de créer des liens et de coordonner des équipes multiculturelles et des activités transversales.
  • Vous avez de bonnes compétences en communication (écrite et orale) et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Vous parlez couramment le français et langlais.
