Job Summary
Well-established multi-disciplinary professional services firm offering corporate accounting taxation and investment advisory solutions is currently looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team.
As an Accounts Manager you will be a key point of contact for clients responsible for delivering high-quality accounting services fostering strong relationships and supporting the growth and development of your team.
Salary: up to 55K
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Accounts Department in a timely and accurate manner
- Oversee client accounts reconciliations and statutory compliance
- Lead train and mentor accounting staff
- Liaise with clients external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Drive process enhancements and support automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local regulations international standards and company policies
Education Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting ACCA (or ACCA final stages) or a related field
- 5 years of accounting experience
- 2 years of experience supervising or managing staff
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Previous experience in accounting firms; corporate services or professional services is a plus
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory frameworks
- Proficient with accounting software (Xero) and MS Excel
- Proven track record in client management and leadership
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
