About the role:

We are currently looking for a Tech-driven person to lead the growth of our Technology&Digitaldivision in Madrid. The ideal candidate will bring technical and/or commercial knowledge of the sector a natural drive to support people and organizations in growing together and a strong passion for consultancy within this expanding industry.

Key Responsabilities:

As Team Leader you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients driving the success of recruitment projects and leading a team of consultants toward their goals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and managing a comprehensive portfolio of clients within the Tech&Digital ecosystem

Addressing client needs through effective communication and the application of top-quality processes
Recruiting developing and mentoring a team of consultants ensuring delivery of high-level recruitment services
Fostering a collaborative high-performance culture within the team

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a related industry; prior experience in recruitment consultancy is a strong plus
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English required; knowledge of a third European language is an asset.
Competences:
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proactive flexible and comfortable working in a lean fast-paced start-up-like environment
