As a International Recruitment Intern youll be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to supporting placements for our clients across Europe. Youll learn how international recruitment works in practice build strong communication skills and gain valuable market knowledge.

This is not just an internship its your launchpad into a long-term career in recruitment HR or sales.

What you will be doing

• Sourcing & Screening: Actively source screen and interview candidates across different European markets.
  

• Candidate Experience: Support candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a professional human experience.
  

• Recruitment Admin & ATS: Maintain high ATS hygiene and follow recruitment processes and guidelines.
  

• Market & Industry Learning: Learn about recruitment within industries such as BPOs ITOs SSCs and GBSs.
  

• Team Contribution: Participate in team meetings trainings and cross-team collaboration.
  

What we are looking for

• Language Skills: Native German or Dutch speaker with business-level English (essential).
  

• Education: Studying HR Business Psychology Communication or a related field.
  

• Interest in Recruitment: Strong motivation to work with people talent acquisition and international markets.
  

• Personality: Structured communicative proactive and eager to learn.
  

• Team Player: Enjoys working in an international collaborative environment.
  

• Bonus Experience: Any background in recruitment HR sourcing customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
