Youll manage a portfolio of customers drive adoption of our technology and uncover new opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is re-engaging dormant accounts helping clients rediscover value and boosting retention.

Manage and grow relationships across existing customer accounts
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Reconnect with inactive clients through structured win-back campaigns
Achieve revenue and activity targets with a consultative approach
Maintain an accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce
Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management
Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Background in legal accounting fintech or professional services is a plus
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confident using Salesforce and MS Office
Self-motivated proactive and commercially minded
