About the Role

Were looking for a motivated Account Manager to join a growing SaaS business supporting clients in the legal and professional services sector.

Youll manage a portfolio of customers drive adoption of our technology and uncover new opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is re-engaging dormant accounts helping clients rediscover value and boosting retention.

Youll join a supportive high-performing team that values collaboration curiosity and celebrating wins together.

What Youll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships across existing customer accounts

  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Reconnect with inactive clients through structured win-back campaigns

  • Achieve revenue and activity targets with a consultative approach

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management

  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Background in legal accounting fintech or professional services is a plus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confident using Salesforce and MS Office

  • Self-motivated proactive and commercially minded
