Job Summary
Tasks
- Configure and develop solutions within SAP SuccessFactors focusing on Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in implementation and integration projects from requirements gathering to go-live and support
- Customize standard functionalities as needed and ensure alignment with best practices
- Perform testing troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Developer
- In-depth knowledge of Employee Central Time Off and Time Tracking modules
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and extensions
- Ability to write and maintain configuration workbooks and technical documentation
- Comfortable working in an international remote team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent English is mandatory
