About the Role
We are a dynamic IT company working on projects that span marketing recruitment and operations. We are looking for a curious proactive and versatile intern who wants to learn and grow across multiple business areas supporting both marketing initiatives and recruitment processes as well as internal projects.

We embrace a hybrid work approach with 3 days in the office and two days working remotely. Spending time in the office is essential for building in-person connections fostering teamwork and facilitating productive whiteboarding sessions and brainstorming.
What Youll Do
Support the creation and improvement of slide decks and presentation materials.
Assist with website support and web design tasks helping to maintain and enhance our online presence.
Participate in content creation for LinkedIn blog and other channels (future projects).
Support the recruitment process such as posting job descriptions help in filtering the candidates followup candidatesm scheduling and validating interviews etc
Leverage AI tools to accelerate tasks and improve efficiency.
Opportunity to grow into supporting internal project management initiatives.
Who Were Looking For
Student or recent graduate in Marketing Management Communications IT or related fields.
Interest in learning about marketing recruitment operations and IT projects.
Ideally experience or interest in web design.
Familiarity and agility with AI tools to enhance productivity.
Proactive organized and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Curious and eager to explore multiple roles in a small dynamic IT team.
