About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with strong web experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading digital/web projects end-to-end working closely with clients developers designers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. This role requires strong organizational skills excellent communication in English and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage web-focused projects (websites portals web applications integrations).
Define project scope timelines deliverables and resource plans in alignment with client and business objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams ensuring expectations are clearly managed.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (design development QA content operations).
Track progress manage risks and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.
Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders in English.
Ensure high-quality standards and alignment with web best practices including responsive design accessibility and SEO considerations.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in web/digital projects.
Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript CMS platforms APIs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven track record managing projects with distributed/remote teams.
Experience with project management tools (Jira Trello Asana MS Project or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Agile/Scrum or PMP certification.
Experience working with international clients especially US-based companies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and DevOps practices.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
