We are hiring a Health Data Specialist for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.
Job Description:
The Program Assistant will support key functions of a primary care office focusing on provider reviews essential for Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) and Medically Underserved Area (MUA) designations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather track and maintain data on primary care providers including specialties and work hours.
- Assist in the development of HPSA application justifications.
- Assist with scheduling prepare reports summaries and presentations as needed.
- Provide general program assistant duties such as correspondence data entry and internal coordination across departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills required:
- MS Office Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong writing and presentation skills are mandatory
Education:
- Bachelors Degree 2 years related experience
Work hours:
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Lunch: 1 hour (unpaid)
