Job Description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Youll gain practical experience in audience targeting campaign management and performance analysis while also getting exposure to broader digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning creating and launching Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct audience research and help build custom and lookalike audiences.
Monitor daily campaign performance metrics (CTR CPC CPM Conversions) and identify opportunities for optimization.
Prepare performance reports and suggest actionable improvements.
Support A/B testing and creative experimentation to enhance campaign performance.
Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
Requirements
Basic understanding of paid social media advertising and digital marketing concepts.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign tracking.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and experiment.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or other marketing tools is a plus.
Curious proactive and passionate about performance marketing.
