Job Summary
Sr. UI / UX Designer
Position Overview:
We are seeking aSenior UI/UX Designerwho not only excels in creating visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces but also understands the technical constraints and possibilities of front-end technologies particularly . You will work closely with developers and product teams to design and implement user-centered solutions that enhance user experience and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research gather insights and perform competitive analysis to inform design decisions and create user-centric designs.

UX Design: Create wireframes user flows and mockups that clearly communicate design concepts ensuring a seamless user experience.

UI Design: Develop pixel-perfect user interfaces that are visually appealing aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for both web and mobile applications.

Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to refine designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure design ideas are properly executed.

Design Handoff: Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers ensuring smooth handoffs and proper design implementation in .

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of UI/UX best practices design trends and advancements in front-end technologies like .

Qualifications:

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 1-2 years working with front-end frameworks like .
