Job Summary

Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 8 years of experience in developing Java-based web applications and content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using Java Spring and related frameworks. This role requires strong knowledge of microservices architecture performance optimization and scalable system design.

In addition to hands-on development the Senior Developer will oversee the daily work of the development team ensuring smooth execution adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables. The candidate should have strong understanding of UI and content management principles and be capable of guiding the team toward creating robust user-friendly and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain Java-based backend services APIs and microservices.

Lead the architecture and technical design of scalable and reliable systems.

Work with content management applications and ensure seamless integration with backend services.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Oversee daily development tasks and ensure timely project delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX QA and Product teams.

Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and high-quality development processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Optimize application performance scalability and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of experience in Java-based application development.

Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.

Understanding of UI and content management best practices.

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
