This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Deliver to or pick up from specific people or locations such as banks auditor law firms
or government institutions (BIR SEC local municipality etc.) specific documents as
advised by the Finance department
Perform payment on behalf of the company
Support Finance in ensuring that original vendor invoices and ORs are tax compliant
Provide Central Team (Finance/HR/Admin/IT) working remotely assistance in onsite
photocopy scanning documents and other business requests
Requirements
Requirements:
Must have completed at least a 2 years course and graduated
Need to live near BGC ideally Taguig Pasig Pateros or Makati area (Hybrid setup 3
times a week in office)
Perfect English is a must
5 years experience in a relevant admin function for a US company
Must be reliable and trustworthy and discreet
Great organization and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work as part of a team
Familiarity with popular messaging apps: Viber / Teams/ Outlook
Must follow work business hours Monday to Friday 9AM - 6PM
