Required Skills:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant office assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for document preparation. Experience with Gmail and calendar management. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
