Receive and review incoming service tickets from customers
Assign and dispatch the appropriate technician
Monitor open service tickets to ensure timely resolution
Occasionally handle inbound calls (35 per week) from customers following up on open tickets
Maintain accurate records of ticket assignments and technician schedules
Participate in daily meetings with the US-based staff to review priorities updates and service ticket progress.
Required Skills:
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Previous experience using CRM systems Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
