Job Summary
SAP PM/EAM Consultant - Permanent - Sydney / Brisbane
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant to join our organisation for a critical implementation project. This role will be responsible for designing configuring and implementing SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management solutions to optimise our asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
Requirements
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP PM/EAM implementations including requirements gathering blueprinting configuration testing deployment and post-go-live support
- Configure SAP PM functionalities including equipment master data preventive maintenance plans work orders task lists notifications and breakdown maintenance processes
- Manage master data migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the SAP PM/EAM system
- Integrate SAP PM/EAM module with other SAP modules including MM (Materials Management) FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) PP (Production Planning) and PS (Project Systems)
- Identify system gaps propose innovative solutions and create comprehensive functional design documents
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Develop test cases execute testing cycles document results and ensure successful user acceptance testing
- Deliver end-user training programs and create detailed training documentation to ensure smooth system adoption
- Provide ongoing support for SAP integrations analyse system logs resolve integration issues promptly and optimize system performance
- Utilize SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA capabilities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts developers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Other duties and responsibilities as reasonably required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent overseas qualification)
- Minimum 10 years experience in a similar SAP PM/EAM consulting role with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management modules including asset lifecycle management preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA environment with experience in S/4HANA-related changes in PM/EAM functionality
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities

Benefits
Salary $120000 to $130000 per annum inclusive of super
