Job Summary
About the Opportunity
Weve got a great opportunity for Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Exercise Physiologists Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists to join our friendly Perth based team on a permanent basis.
In this role youll be helping people across WA get back on their feet after injury and back to work using a client-centred approach focused on health well being and practical outcomes. Youll manage a varied caseload including Workers Compensation Workplace Health & Safety and discipline specific clinical assessment and intervention.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant youll be right there in the thick of someones recovery journey from vocational and initial needs assessments to worksite visits counselling interventions and well-being programs. Youll work closely with local employers medical professionals and fellow allied health providers to make sure your clients feel supported every step of the way.
Youll also use your clinical judgment to identify barriers document clear case notes and guide your clients towards sustainable return to work outcomes. Building and keeping strong relationships whether thats with your client their workplace or other stakeholders will be key.
This role suits someone who enjoys connecting with people can adapt to different workplaces and gets real satisfaction from making a positive difference in the WA community.
About You

- 2 years relevant industry experience
- Strong WorkCover WA legislative knowledge
- Qualified in Occupational Therapy Rehabilitation Counselling Psychology Physiotherapy Exercise Physiology
- Current AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA accreditation
- A passion for helping people get back to what they love
- A full drivers licence and your own car
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic balanced with a good sense of humour
