Job Summary
International Insurance Group is seeking an exceptional individual who combines visionary thinking and excellent leadership skills with the ability to execute the vision for the future while achieving short & medium-term results. This individual will need to have the understanding desire and the capability to grow and scale our Trucking Division (Strategic Business Unit):
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall leadership budget and growth of this Division which consists of 46 staff and approximately $45mill in annualized premium.
Requirements
- 4 years in insurance specifically in Trucking Insurance.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing high-performing teams and achieving organizational growth with direct reports is a must!
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Finance or Insurance (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong sales negotiation communication interpersonal and data analysis abilities.
- Technology: Proficient in insurance software and technology solutions.
- Bilingual: A plus as we serve ESL customers (Albanian Romanian Russian Ukrainian).

Who We Are:
- We are a fast-growing insurance agency headquartered in Northeast Ohio specializing in serving English as a Second Language Customers (Albanian Romanian Russian Ukrainian speaking customers) in our 29 licensed states.
