Job Summary

STEP INTO THE ROLE

  • Coordinate and Execute Events: Oversee the full process of international group bookings MICE events and conferences from receiving the signed contract through to planning coordination and successful on-site execution ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and travel agents locally and globally acting as the key liaison for smooth communication and satisfaction.
  • Internal Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams prepare detailed coordination plans and post-event reports and contribute to revenue growth
    through effective planning and client management.

Qualifications :

 SKILLS THAT HELP YOU SHINE

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Japanese with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Event & Hospitality Experience: Proven background in planning and coordinating international groups MICE or events preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Client-Focused Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Professional Competence: Strong commercial acumen administrative precision
    and time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility & Technical Skills: Willingness to work flexible hours to support global clients; experience with Opera (PMS) is advantageous and familiarity with BV systems is a plus.
