Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing
Youll deliver essential home care and support following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first:
- Personal care (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
- Medication support (preparation and administration)
- Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
- Mobility and equipment support
- Light domestic tasks (laundry tidying cleaning)
- Companionship and emotional support
Additional Responsibilities
- Companionship & social engagement
- Medication collection and reminders
- Nutrition & mealtime support
- Light housekeeping
- Safe mobility support and transfers
- Health monitoring and observation
- Promoting social inclusion and family connection
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Responding to emergencies quickly and safely
- Working collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications :
What Youll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
No experience No problem! We provide full paid training all we ask is that you bring:
- A caring compassionate nature
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliability and problem-solving ability
- The right to work in the UK
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (especially in rural areas)
