Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer complaints via BYD portal emails and calls;
- Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the product team;
- Updating customer information in the company database;
- Providing information about new and existing products and services;
- Making sales and processing payments when necessary;
- Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- 5 years of experience in auto after-sales.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English and Turkish language.
- Strong cross culture communication skills and cross-function coordination ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- NEV Technical background is preferable.
