Join our Supply Chain team
We offer a broad product portfolio of APIs & excipients and are an established hub for customers sourcing high quality bulk raw material as well as for renowned manufacturers who benefit from our broad customer base in various markets. We are continuously expanding our global network as well as our this versatile role you will be responsible for the coordination and organization of global logistics processes contributing to the smooth execution of our transport and distribution activities. With your expertise in freight forwarding or foreign trade you ensure that the right products are available at the right place and at the right time.
Tasks
Main tasks as part of the Logistis Team Turkey Middle East and Latin America
- Handling of import and export orders including transport coordination documentation deadline monitoring in compliance with QA requirements (GDP/GMP) and invoicing
- Daily communication and coordination with customers suppliers freight forwarders external warehouses and internal departments
- Preparation and verification of shipping customs and export documentation (e.g. certificates of origin commercial invoices)
- Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring compliance with customer specific requirements
- Maintenance and updating of logistical data in the ERP system (Microsoft E365)
- Maintenance and updating the planning tool
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of logistics processes
Requirements
- Vocational or higher education as Freight Forwarding Clerk Foreign Trade Specialist or equiva-lent qualification
- Several years of hands on professional experience in international logistics customer service or foreign trade operations ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Excellent knowledge of customs procedures trade agreements rules of origin and Incoterms
- Strong organizational skills and a structured independent working style
- Resilient service oriented and a team player even under time pressure
- Languages: fluent in Turkish and English and in English and Spanish would be an asset
- Good IT skills particularly in Microsoft MS Office and D365
- Experience in a GDP/GMP regulated environment is an advantage
