Job Summary
- Required Skills and Experience :Master or engineer or PhD in pharmacy or chemistry
- 10-15 years in similar position as analytical expert in pharmaceutical development
- Good understanding of CMC technical aspects
- Expert knowledge in the pharmaceutical development activities (formulation process analytical
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and marketing authorization dossier module 3
- At ease to work within a matrix organisation
- Self-motivated with ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities to drive study activities to completion within required timelines and budget.
- Strong capability to proactively identify risks and apply problem-solving skills with an innovative and flexible approach
- High level of professionalism and respect with a willingness to learn from others and ability to resolve conflicts
- Proven experience managing and overseeing third-party vendors (CROs).
- Excellent knowledge of English (writing and speaking)
- Willingness and ability to travel
