Role Summary
We are seeking a DevOps Leader to join our Electrification Systems - Grid Automation business with these general objectives: foster stronger collaboration among teams while scaling resources enhance organizational agility to accelerate our products/solutions deliveries and stronger focus on delivering higher-quality products to market faster.
The DevOps Leader will be responsible for leading DevOps best practices and optimizing Cloud infrastructure to enhance software development and deployment processes. This role involves managing a team of DevOps Engineers to implement best practices and maturity metrics collaborating across teams to boost software quality and delivery apply Agile process and SAFe framework and leverage Cloud infrastructure. It also involves animating and developing an existing community of DevOps Champions in all development teams.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices to optimize software development and deployment processes. Ensure the proper documentation of those best practices.
Lead the implementation and tracking of DevOps maturity KPIs to drive continuous improvement also including the use of internal audits.
Collaborate with development teams to enhance the CI/CD pipeline either on-prem or cloud-based solutions.
Leverage scalable Cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure platforms.
Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevSecOps AI/ML and Cloud best practices.
Engineering/Technology Practices
Ensure adherence to development methodologies including Agile & DevSecOps best practices and New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
Maintain high standards of implementation and documentation.

Develop technical competencies by establishing and delivering structured technical training schemes.
People Development
Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment of continuous learning and relentless improvement.

Additional Information
Qualifications & requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics.
At least 10 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud role.
Hands-on experience in configuring and migrating DevOps tools.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions.
Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure Cloud platforms.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred skills
Certifications in relevant processes technologies or platforms.
Hands-on experience in scripting languages such as Python.
