Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Represent the company professionally and promote a positive employer brand.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills due to a background in Computer Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
