Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Centre Co-Ordinator to join our team in Wilson Garden Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our educational centre ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to students teachers and parents. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain valuable experience in the education sector and contribute to the growth and success of our centre.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the centres daily activities including student admissions attendance and progress tracking
Maintaining accurate records and reports both manually and digitally
Providing administrative support to teachers students and parents
Handling centre-related communication including phone calls emails and messages
Assisting in the planning and execution of centre events workshops and activities
Maintaining a clean and organized centre environment
Collaborating with the centre head to achieve centre goals and objectives

Requirements

Work Experience: Fresher (1-3 years) in an educational setting or a related field
Required Skills:

Centre Head

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
