Job descriptions:
Develop and execute HR strategies to support hospital objectives and employee engagement.
Oversee the full recruitment cycle for doctors nurses technicians and administrative staff.
Implement and monitor performance management systems ensuring continuous staff development.
Manage compensation benefits and payroll coordination in compliance with legal standards.
Lead employee training and development programs to enhance service quality and medical professionalism.
Advise management on organizational structure workforce planning and succession management.
Maintain compliance with labor laws hospital accreditation standards and internal policies.
Foster a positive workplace culture that upholds hospital values ethics and patient-centered care.
Handle employee relations grievance resolution and disciplinary procedures with fairness and empathy.
Prepare HR reports data analytics and recommendations for hospital leadership.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in healthcare or hospital setting).
Strong knowledge of labor law HR best practices and healthcare HR compliance.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with medical professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
High level of integrity confidentiality and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
