We are looking for a Chief Income Auditor based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong!

As a Chief Income Auditor we rely on you to:

  • Ensure the accuracy of daily revenue reports distribute reports to respective departments and reconcile revenue across all settlement modes
  • Set up Journal Voucher with reclassification of revenue and correction of error arising from interface transfer
  • Adjust month-to-date figures of following day for reclassification of revenue and correction of errors
  • Monitor revenue from F&B outlets banquet events health club limousine services and other Departments
  • Audit room revenue rebates paid-outs and other revenue-related documents for completeness and compliance
  • Maintain control over vouchers packages and revenue documents; ensure policy adherence
  • Conduct spot checks review user access rights and ensure internal control systems are effective
  • Reconcile cash collection among system printout physical remittance and daily banking summary
  • Investigate and maintain tracking record of shortage and overage disclosed in report
  • Conduct training meetings and job rotations to enhance team performance
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the Management

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Hotels with similar capacity including at least 3 years in a supervisory level
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS POS and other hospitality finance systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
